Mentorship

Refine your teaching skills, and teach impactful classes.

The role of a teacher requires us to continue to educate ourselves and develop our teaching skills in order to deliver great yoga classes. Sometimes teaching can be an isolating and confronting experience. We can feel alone and confused about where to go for advice, support and feedback once our formal training is over.

Whether you are fresh out of your first yoga teacher training, or its been awhile and you have yet to teach your first class, or you have been teaching for years and your needing some guidance - mentorship offers you the opportunity to hone in on your natural skills, explore areas of growth, and expand on the fundamentals needed to create intelligent and impactful classes.

You’ll be able to receive helpful feedback, ask questions and share concerns that arise in your teaching, refine your natural skill sets and learn where you need to grow.
